I hope everyone had a spooky good Halloween night!
Ours was really nice. My daughter wanted to take my son trick or treating again this year. I am so happy she loves to spend time with him.
My husband loves to hand out full size candy bars, it makes him feel loved happy when the trick or treaters get excited seeing him put them in their bags.
I snapped this photo of Scott a few weekends ago when they had trick or treating on the square in an adorable historical town. Too bad the background I had to use wasn't adorable! It was so sunny, my phone wasn't getting the picture next to all the cute things..:( I noticed too how he already lost a shin guard! ;)
We carved pumpkins the night before. I'm not into carving, hubby loves doing it. We had a pumpkin for each member of the family plus my daughter's boyfriend. I loved the skeleton he carved for me! (Inspiration by Martha Stewart)
Well, I'm packing away the very few Halloween decorations I have and leaving the fall out for a few more weeks. I like to do my Christmas decorating the week before Thanksgiving. We don't host the holiday so it works for me. Our tradition is to watch the Macy's Day Parade with the house all decorated. Plus, with all that work, I don't mind enjoying it a week or so longer. :)
When do you like to do your Holiday decorating and do you have any fun family traditions? I'd love to hear them!
Take care and have a wonderful Tuesday!

Way to go Jon. Save me one of those Hershey's my favorite!!!! Scott looks adorable as always!
We decorate on Black Friday cause I'm not a shopper and we watch Christmas Vacation!!! My all time favorite movie, gotta love Chevy Chase!
Hugs ♥T
Robyn, Tell your husband he's a great carver! This is the first year we didn't T or T. Kind of a sad passage in our lives....Daniel is 11 and we had a baseball tournament during T or T. He was fine with not going - there are other younger brothers to hang out with and play with during the older boys games - I guess it was just me feeling a little sentimental that T or T is a thing of the past here at our house. ~Ann
Robyn , Scott is so adorable in his costume! Your hubby did a fantastic job on those pumpkins! I usually start decorating on black Friday.Hugs,Jen
Your son is such a cutie! And your hubby did such a great job on the pumpkins. I'm starting to think about decorating already ~ we're hosting Thanksgiving so I'd like to get a couple things done before then.

Sounds like a really fun night. Love the costume. The carved pumpkins look great. I had my DH do ours this year too. -Steph-
I'm jealous. Love your jol's....This is the first year I haven't had one....So sad...Your hubby did an awesome job...does he hire out?? ;o) I will leave Halloween up until at least this weekend, then, slowly, as I put that away, bring up Christmas a little at a time....Have tons of Halloween to take down (although I didn't manage to get it all up this year) and tons of Christmas to put up, so it's a "process" and then some. Happy November....Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
Wow, my kids would love your hubby too if they saw one of those big candy bars going into their bag, lol!
Scott is a cutie! I'm sure he had a good time.
LOVE those pumpkins! What a cute idea to have one for each member of the family! We bought a big one to carve and forgot all about it, ooops.
Sounds like a fun tradition. We are parade watchers too... only my Christmas doesn't go up until the beginning of December. The fall lover in me won't allow it, haha!
Have a wonderful week Robyn~
